What we collect

When you complete the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, the topic you selected, and the message you sent. That information is passed to Web3forms, which delivers the message to our inbox. We do not store form submissions in a database on this website.

The site does not set its own tracking cookies. The host may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser, requested page, timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention.

Why we collect it

We use your message to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to keep a record of the conversation while we work on whatever you got in touch about. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and then for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. If you would like us to delete your details, write to the email above and we will remove them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not happy with how we have handled your data.

Changes

We update this page when the way we handle data changes. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
